♡ Does cartilage hurt more than a lobe?

A bit more, yes: a hot pinch for two seconds, then a strange warmth. The patience comes after, because cartilage heals more slowly.

♡ Can I sleep on it?

Not at first. Sleep on the other side, or on a travel pillow: the hole in the middle is perfect for your ear.

♡ Can I get two at once?

Yes, and it fills two squares. To heal well, it’s best to keep one side free for sleeping.
